These terms apply when you visit www.aquadome.ai or use app.aquadome.ai. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or app.

Aquadome BV grants you access to these sites and publishes texts, images, and other materials for your information. We may change or remove content at any time without prior notice.

Information on the sites is indicative and non-binding. It is not an offer to enter into an agreement. A contract with us exists only when we accept a separate written or commercial offer marked as such — not merely by browsing or using the marketing site.

Aquadome provides cognitive maritime intelligence software — decision support, pattern analysis, and related tools. It is an aid to human judgement, not an operational command system.

Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Do not rely on the platform as your sole basis for safety-critical, legal, or operational decisions. You remain responsible for how you use the information.

The application requires an account. Access may be limited to approved users or organisations. We can refuse, restrict, or revoke access at any time, including for maintenance, security, or breach of these terms.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Probe, scan, or attack our systems, or circumvent access controls.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the platform without permission.
• Share login details or resell access without our written agreement.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

Operational or customer data you bring into the platform remains yours. Do not upload material you are not allowed to share or that violates third-party rights.

The platform, its design, code, models, and documentation belong to Aquadome BV or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of any of that.

Copying, distribution, or other use of site or app materials is not permitted without our prior written consent, except where mandatory law allows (for example, quotation rights) or where we indicate otherwise for specific materials.

You may use the service as intended while your access is active. Feedback you choose to send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features change as the product develops. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

We try to keep published content accurate and up to date, but it may be incomplete or incorrect despite that care. Materials on the sites may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Content and the service are offered without any warranty or claim to accuracy, to the extent permitted by law. The service is provided “as is”. Aquadome BV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make based on platform output.

Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, it is limited to direct damage and capped at the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim — or €100 if you use the service without a paid agreement.

Our sites may link to websites or services operated by others. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we process and why. It forms part of how we operate, but these terms govern your use of the service itself.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country say otherwise.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected here.
